Trail Running Club

Get fit, explorer style! (Ages 5-18)

Trail running is a great way to stay in shape and enjoy the outdoors.  Get away from the screen and get outside!  Surround yourself with the sights and sounds of nature and run for fun, with the safety of a group.

The LASOAR mission is to reconnect children with the natural world and promote the power of play to improve child and family health and well-being.

Runners will have the opportunity to learn about their natural surroundings through various natural science and environmental education activities throughout the day.

All trails runs are guided by highly qualified Volunteer Community Leaders and Experts in Trail Running Practices and Techniques.

All you need is a good pair of trail running shoes and the courage to go the distance.
